These Terms are a legal agreement between you and AM Football Skills Performance, based in Nicosia, Cyprus ("we", "us"). By creating an account, booking a session, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms.

We provide personal and small-group football training and related content in Nicosia, Cyprus. Sessions are booked through this website. You must be at least 18 to create an account; for players under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book on their behalf and accept these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• send spam or malicious content;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• interfere with the security of the service, probe or scan our systems, or scrape content.

Orders are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics on our behalf.

Prices shown at checkout are final and include applicable taxes.

A session is confirmed only after successful payment. If you need to reschedule, contact us at amacademy0@hotmail.com at least 24 hours before your session. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

Football training involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. You confirm that the player is medically fit to participate and agree to follow the coach's instructions during sessions. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early with appropriate gear.

All content on this website — text, images, videos, drills, branding and software — is owned by AM Football Skills Performance or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or modify parts of the service for maintenance or operational reasons.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the total fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Nicosia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
