Refund Policy

AM Football Skills Performance accepts refund requests within 14 days of the order date for sessions that have not yet been attended.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, which acts as our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

• Visit our payment provider's portal and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at amacademy0@hotmail.com with your order details and we will assist you.

If you cannot attend a booked session, contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to reschedule it at no charge instead of processing a refund.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5-10 business days.
