This service is operated by AM Football Skills Performance ("we", "us", "our"), based in Nicosia, Cyprus. We act as the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our training services.

• Account data: name, email, hashed password.
• Booking data: player name and age, guardian name, phone, notes, session choice.
• Communications: messages you send us through the contact form or email.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, cookies necessary for the site to function.

Payment card data is collected directly by our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

• To create your account and manage bookings (contract performance).
• To deliver the training sessions you book and communicate with you about them.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

• Our third-party payment provider (Merchant of Record) — processes payments, handles invoicing, tax and refunds on our behalf.
• Hosting, database and email service providers acting as processors on our behalf.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

Some of our providers are located outside the EEA. Where that is the case, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

We keep booking and account data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 7 years afterwards where required for tax and accounting. Support messages are kept for up to 2 years.

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR where it applies), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted subprocessors — to protect your data.

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session handling. We do not use advertising cookies.
